Yes feeling good. Felt light and accepting all the colours of living. A colleague commented on how bright and well I looked. I feel calm, more serene and more living and kind towards myself. Thank you.

Sound Bath was something I needed. It's very hard to describe what I was going through the treatment. It is very personal as well. All I can say, is that it has opened my eyes to everything that is going around me. I have more understanding of some of the facts I wasn't sure about.
